Child and Adolescent Counselling

Supporting children and teens to express themselves, manage emotions, and grow with confidence. Childhood and adolescence are critical stages of emotional and psychological development. During these years, young minds often face challenges such as academic pressure, low self-esteem, peer issues, family changes, or difficulty expressing emotions. Our Child and Adolescent Counselling sessions provide a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental environment where children and teens can freely talk about their thoughts and feelings. Through age-appropriate therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, art-based counselling, emotional awareness activities, and guided conversations, we help them: • Recognize and express emotions in a healthy, constructive way • Reduce anxiety, overthinking, and behavioural stress • Develop social and communication skills for better peer and family relationships • Build self-confidence and resilience to handle life’s ups and downs • Enhance focus, motivation, and academic wellbeing Parents are also gently guided on how to support their child’s emotional needs and create a nurturing home environment. Our goal is to help every child and teenager feel heard, valued, and emotionally secure, so they can grow into balanced, confident, and compassionate individuals.
